You need to be swim fit to execute a good triathlon, so obviously you have to do enough work in the pool.
But, if you're just swimming to finish, you're not realizing your full potential as a triathlete.

If you work on your speed so that you come out a few minutes faster,
you will be in a better position to complete the bike and run more effectively.


Pool Swims:
Monday to Friday: 7:30-8:45 AM
Mon/Wed/Fri Noon-1 PM
Sunday Afternoons: 3:10-4:30 PM

Lake Swims:
Friday: 7:45-8:45 AM

Lake swims take place in the summer months at Thetis Lake on the Main Beach: Six Mile Road, Victoria, BC

Camera Sessions:
Camera sessions help improve your swimming technique and efficiency, making you a faster swimmer.
Various Mondays of Each Month: 7:30-8:30 AM

Splash and Dash:
(June/July)
Practice swimming in a group; sighting, and swimming around buoys.
Every Wednesday from June-August, join us for a fun, untimed, race involving a short swim in Elk Lake and a short run.
