Want to Improve Your Bike Handling Skills?


Improving handling skills builds efficiency and speed by increasing your confidence on your bike.

Good bike handling means your body and bike work together as one.
You move in a way that is graceful and in sync with your equipment.
It means you ride safely and predictably by yourself and with others.

Cyclists will need a bike, helmet, weather-appropriate clothing, and be able to ride at least 30 minutes.

At the end of this course you will feel confident with :
Cornering
Efficiently accessing water bottles and nutrition while riding
Maintaining a pace line
Emergency braking
And many other valuable skills that will make you a more efficient and confident cyclist!
Only 12 spots available! $20 + tax per person

This is a 1 day course with a total of 3 hours of instruction.
Sunday June 30th: 12:00-3:00pm.

The clinic will meet in front of the main doors to PISE: 4371 Interurban Rd.
